Initial Consultation Package
We offer an Initial Consultation Package that consists of the following:
Before our meeting
- We set up a secure client portal for you.
- You upload copies of the relevant documents to your client portal.
- In estate planning cases we send you an estate planning questionnaire. Filling it out will enable us to give you correct legal advice based on a complete set of information.
- We review your documents prior to our appointment.
During a one-hour meeting we
- Analyze your situation,
- Identify your options,
- Recommend a course of action, and
- Answer your questions.
After the meeting we
- Send you a detailed summary of our analysis, your options and our recommendations;
- Reply to unlimited follow-up questions for two days after our appointment.
After the meeting both you and we will be able to decide whether we would like to enter into an attorney-client relationship.
This is an approximately three-hour time commitment on our end.
Discounted flat fee in estate planning matters: USD 2,500
Discounted flat fee in estate settlement matters: USD 1,500
The fee in estate planning matters is credited toward an estate planning package if the engagement letter is signed within 60 days of the consultation.
